Why we exist

Confidence in your health becomes confidence in yourself.

That’s not a tagline we wrote in a workshop. It’s the thing I watch happen to people, over and over, and the reason this company exists.

A letter from the founder

I kept meeting people who were winning at everything except their own body.

Founders. Executives. People with no shortage of discipline — they’d built companies on it. But when it came to their health, they were doing it alone, in pieces. A trainer here, a supplement there, a nagging injury they’d stopped mentioning to anyone.

What they were missing wasn’t willpower. It was someone in their corner who actually knew them — their history, their schedule, the reason they quit last time. Nobody was holding the whole picture.

So I built the thing I wanted for myself: one team, one plan, and a coach who notices when you go quiet for a week. Everything under one roof — training, nutrition, recovery and measurement, coordinated — so nobody falls through the cracks again.

What we believe

Four things we won’t compromise on.

Tap one to see what it actually means in practice — not as a value statement, as a rule we run by.
Belief one

Discipline isn’t the missing piece. Company is.

Our clients are not lazy people. They run companies. What they’ve never had is someone who expects them at 6:40 and notices when they don’t show. That relationship is the product — the programming is just how we express it.
In practice: your coach is the same person every session. You never get reassigned to whoever is free.

Belief two

We don’t hand out a plan before we’ve watched you move.

Every client starts with a functional movement screening, not a workout. Restrictions, imbalances, the shoulder you stopped mentioning. Prescribing training without that is guessing with someone else’s body.
In practice: no client trains with us until we’ve screened them — no exceptions, however eager they are to start.

Belief three

Most of what people call aging is a problem nobody looked at.

Recovery and nutrition are in the plan from day one, not the thing you add after something tears. The stiff hip, the sleep, the bloodwork nobody explained — those are training inputs, not complaints.
In practice: massage, chiropractic, and injury care are part of the first plan we write, not an upsell in month four.

Belief four

If we’re not right for you, you’ll hear it from me on the call.

We’d rather lose the sale than take someone we can’t genuinely help. Same rule with partners — every specialist in the ecosystem is someone I’d send my own family to, and that’s the entire vetting standard.
In practice: no annual lock-in, no pressure close. If it isn’t working, we say so first.

Who this is for

We’re not for everyone. Here’s who we’re for.

If none of this sounds like you, I’ll say so on the call and point you somewhere better.

People who run things

Founders, executives, and operators whose calendars are the real constraint. You don’t need motivation — you need the logistics to stop being your problem.

People who’ve tried alone

You’ve had the membership, the app, the trainer who didn’t remember your name. You already know the equipment was never what was missing.

People who want proof

You want to see what changed, in numbers, quarter over quarter — and you want someone accountable for the number moving. That’s the Measure pillar’s whole job.
We work on site — inside companies and residential buildings in Austin — because the commute is where most good intentions die.

The part we’re actually after
Konfide In One took my strength to a whole new level — and my confidence right along with it. I’m back in heels comfortably, my clothes fit better than ever, and I finally feel good baring my arms again.

Building confidence in one’s health, and in oneself.
One conversation

Come tell me where you actually are.

Fifteen minutes with me. No forms first, no program to buy. Just where you are, where you want to be, and whether we’re the right team to get you there.
